Bolt-In Steering Column Kit for your 1993-2002 4th Gen FireBird or Camaro. Our column kit offers a lightweight and high performance option for your race car. They easily mount in the stock location to make installation simple and quick. Each kit is constructed from 4130 Chromoly to reduce weight, while providing strength. We use a 1-1/4" Tube with Delrin Bushings for our outer tube, with a 3/4" chromoly inner tube with a Strange SFI approved disconnect hub on the drivers side and a steering shaft adapter included. It also comes with two (2) lightweight aluminum locking collars to keep the shaft in place from moving. Also included is a closeout and grommet to seal off the holes in their factory firewall providing you with a clean factory finish. This kit provides a significant weight savings over the factory column and works great with our Lightweight Steering Wheels.
